Troy entered into real estate back in 2014 as a young cadet. Working hard on the key skills to become a professional agent Troy has an in-depth knowledge of systems, communication strategies, technology, marketing, and one-on-one negotiation skills.

Since he started, Troy has managed to elevate his career status from cadet to leader in only a short period of time by implementing his learnings and skills for his clients' benefits. Since opening Ray White Eastlakes in January 2018, Troy and his team have managed to help an amazing number of people achieve their property goals and help keep the process simple.

As a Principal and Leader, Troy believes that it is his duty to guide and educate those who are looking to become professionals in the industry. Troy dedicates part of his time to helping younger agents elevate their skills by challenging their thinking of what is 'normal' for our industry so that they can one day become superior agents and become leaders themselves for new generations to come.
