Serving as a role model in all he does, Nicholas demands a lot of himself. A tirelessly hard worker, there is little that Nicholas won’t do for clients, getting hands on with small jobs, and managing large jobs as needed. He prides himself on his exceptional attention to detail and his ability to develop and follow systems that ensure that clients’ requests are acted on swiftly and properly.

With a flair for communication, Nicholas builds long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients. He listens actively to tenants and investors, makes sure he understands their needs, and delivers brilliant outcomes for all parties. In doing this, he sets the groundwork for lengthy tenancies and extremely low vacancy rates.

In his role as Team Leader of the property team, Nicholas acts as a mentor and head problem solver. He deftly helps staff handle any issues they encounter. He also takes on a training role, helping to upskill the property management team so the agency and its service levels continuously improve. He hasn’t met a goal he can’t smash with the strength of the team by his side.
